To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for every guest, please review our resort rules and guidelines before your arrival at Loveland RV Resort.
Arrival & Departure
Check-In Time
Check-in time begins at 1:00 PM. Standard arrival window is 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM on Sundays. Winter hours are 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Sundays.
If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the office in advance to make alternative arrangements.Check-Out Time
All guests must check out no later than 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in additional charges.
Site Occupant Maximum
To ensure the enjoyment of all guests, each site has a maximum occupancy of 8 people. This limit applies to all site types throughout the resort.
Pet Policy
We welcome your leashed, well-behaved pets! A maximum of 3 pets per site is allowed unless prior approval is granted. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a great stay for everyone.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your RV or tent
- Do not leave pets unattended or tied outside
- Pets must be kept under control and quiet at all times
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately
- Pets are not permitted in any buildings (except the office), on the playground, or in the swimming pool area
- Applicable pet fees will apply to all stays
Vehicles, RVs & Washing
Vehicles per Site
Only one vehicle may be parked at a campsite unless otherwise authorized by resort management.
Side-by-Side Camping
Side-by-side camping is strictly prohibited. All guests must occupy only their designated site.
Vehicle Washing
You may purchase a wash permit at the office to wash your RV. Washing of any other vehicle is prohibited. The office also maintains a list of approved mobile wash services.
RV Repairs
- Minor repair work on your RV is allowed when performed by an approved mobile repair service
- Any repair involving fluids, the engine, chassis, or any major repair requires prior written approval from management
Quiet Hours & Conduct
Everyone deserves a good night's sleep. Please move about quietly during the following hours:
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily
- Music and amplified sound must remain at a respectful volume at all times
- Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated at any time of day
Campfires, Fire Pits & Fireworks
Wood Burning Fires
All wood burning fires are prohibited on resort property. This includes campfires, fire pits using wood or charcoal, and any open flame burning wood.
Propane Fire Pits
A small propane fire pit is permitted at your site. Please ensure it is fully off and cooled before leaving your site or going to sleep.
Fireworks
For the safety of all guests, fireworks are strictly prohibited on all resort property at all times.
Rates & Payment
Pricing
All posted camping and lodging rates exclude taxes, additional persons, pets, and vehicles. Rates may vary on weekends or holidays and are subject to change without notice.
Deposits & Balance
- A deposit is collected at the time of reservation
- Upon arrival, the remaining balance — including any additional charges — will be collected
- Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase
Recurring Billing
Reservations exceeding 14 days are eligible for recurring billing. Guests on recurring billing agree to auto-pay for ongoing charges and site purchases.
Early Departures
There is no refund or credit for early departures regardless of circumstances. Please plan your stay accordingly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellations
If a reservation is canceled 8 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus a $15 administration fee.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Mail & Package Acceptance
Loveland RV Resort will accept packages for guests, provided they are promptly picked up by the guest upon notification.
Liability & Release
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of use of its camping facilities.
The camper agrees to abide by the park rules, the innkeeper's rights listed under Colorado statutes 12-44-302 and 8-4-503, and the Loveland RV Resort refund policy. Additionally, the camper gives authorization to Loveland RV Resort to perform a background or credit check if it is deemed necessary.
Electronic Signature Policy
You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures.
Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in PDF format, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.
